This is a short article to lay down the near term roadmap of our tech development efforts.

and

are now both live.

We have tokenized a property at 20 Queen St, Melbourne. More accurately we have tokenized a loan against it and put it on the OTL.

We have also taken the steps necessary to start putting together a retail fund so that we may promote it openly.

We have also setup an Australian Dollar ERC20 coin (ADR)as a non cash payment facility and added it to the money market. This coin will be fee free on and offramp from fiat to crypto and vice versa. A USDC style frictionless gateway.

And we have a kADR which represents the claim to the pool via ADR investments to the OTL. The kADR and kUSDT etc are interest bearing tokens backed by real estate. A veritable real estate backed stable coin.

Next step is to create an rDAI style rkADR. This would allow affiliates to get a piece of the pie and promote it to their networks allowing us to scale and achieve distribution.

After that ADR will be retired in favor of a decentralized AUD coin backed by ETH. So anyone should be able to stake ETH and mint a synthetic AUD. Such a system would also be able to mint other currencies and have mechanics similar to SYNTHETIX without SNX.

We believe these decentralized currency networks open up interesting possibilities including remittance and lending. We also intend to build a decentralized offramp mechanism.

Finally the tokenization modules are also ready and we will look to point all fees to a pool which will be tokenized and distributed to investors, advisors and stakeholders. Governance of the whole thing will also be handed over to the community of token holders.
